Is it possible to get a girlfriend with a very low sex drive?

I have a very low sex drive due to health problems and i can never get a girlfreind or stay in a relationship because of my libido problems, are there any girls who also have a low sex drive or do most girls have a high sex drive. I am male and 23 so I should have a high sex drive but i don't unfortunately. thanks for any help.
